Our Services

We ship our products using Toll IPEC and Australia Post; depending on the order size, weight and urgency. For our account customers, we will happily ship using your preferred courier or using your courier account.

If you are intending to pick up the goods, have them delivered by us locally (charges may apply), or wish to charge the delivery to your own account; please contact us.

The amount we charge you for shipping is 'at cost', which will include the necessary packaging (chart tube, tough bag, etc). Once you have added products to your Shipping Cart, a postage and handling charge will be displayed and added to the total.

We have gone to every length to give you cost effective and fast shipping options. If you would like us to ship your order using an option which we have not listed, please contact us before placing you order so we can discuss the requirement.
Delivery Times

Domestic postage should take between 1 - 3 business days from the date of dispatch. If your order is urgent (required in less than 48hrs), please contact us so we can give you priority.

If an urgent order is received and processed before 1pm Monday to Thursday, it can generally be delivered within 24hrs. Urgent orders taken before 1pm on Fridays can generally be delivered by the following Monday afternoon. Urgent orders taken on weekends, or after 1pm, can be expected within 2 business days.

If these timings don't suit your circumstance there are priority and out-of-hours courier services. These come at a premium, so please contact us to discuss your requirements.

We will generally ship all goods within 48hrs of receiving your order. Some products, particularly Admiralty charts and publications, may require longer lead times. If your order is affected by unforeseen delays, we will contact you as soon as possible.

If you require international postage please populate your cart and select "International" shipping on the cart page to see cost options, or alternatively please contact us so we can provide you a quote.

We take great care to ensure that your goods arrive in the best condition. We ship our publications in padded satchels, with bubble wrap as necessary to protect them from damage. Charts are shipped in strong tubes, with padding at both ends to stop the charts sliding around and getting damaged.
